It's been a while since I've played any muds... The last one I played was quarantine mud before they changed it to pure pvp  Was going to research this one but I can't find an actual website for it, just these boards, and I can't read the threads because I don't have access. I read it was an RP mud so I didn't want to jump in the game completely dumb to rules and everything else. |

well I may be a little biased as it is my mud, but I would say that Xenobia is a extremely good mud....we just recently came back online so we are re-establishing our playerbase atm...
but we normally have somewhere around 5 to 10 on most times...we even had over 20 this last weekend a few times....its getting back to where it used to be...
Welcome to Xenobia and have fun, I assure you we accomadate for almost all types of players....

I'm new to this mud as well, and I really enjoy it. There is a very extensive and well-done newbie school that you can run through when you first create that will outline basically the entire game for you. It really helped me get situated as I came in knowing nothing about the game as well. You can connect to the game through xenobia.mudmagic.com port 1972

I hunted through some muds before ending up here just a week or so ago, and very quickly this place felt like home. The most amazing thing to me is that the powers that be (Mythandor and others) that code and develop and what have you are actually extremely active, and very friendly. Like Medaephon said, the newbie school is excellent, but expect it to take you some time...and read everything...there is a great deal of info to be had, but the best thing is...if you dont know something or are confused by something...just ask, folks are more than happy to help.

Medaephon and Pyrceval- It's always great to hear that, as a new player, you enjoy our MUD. Some of us have been here too long to really remember what it was like when we were new, what was hard, what was easy, ect, so it is awesome to hear that you guys were able to get into the game with little or no problem. And personally, it makes me happy that you guys like LoX, because I like it a lot too.  |
